Documo's Legal Document Management - Mostly Good, But Still Hope for Fax Porting

Has anyone else tried to port their old fax number to Documo? I've been using their Legal Document Management for a while now, and it’s been incredibly helpful for my international faxes, keeping everything organized and secure. Their 14-day free trial really convinced me to switch, and generally, I'm happy with the service. However, it's a bit frustrating that they don't seem to offer an easy way to port an existing fax number. It means I'm juggling two services right now, which is a bit of a headache. If they could sort that out, it would be perfect.

Smooth mFax setup, good support

I recently switched our small medical practice to Documo's mFax service, primarily for HIPAA-compliant cloud faxing. The setup process was fairly straightforward, though I did need to use their web fax portal a bit to get everything linked correctly. We ported our existing fax number, which took 5 days to complete, but their support team kept me updated throughout. The quality of the faxes, both incoming and outgoing, has been consistently clear. The mobile fax app works well too when I'm out of the office. Overall, it's a solid solution for our needs, and I found the annual billing discount made it quite cost-effective.

Consistent performance, easy to use

This is my third year using Documo, and I've always been happy with their service. I started with mFax and recently added mSign for digital signatures. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. Every time I've needed to send or receive a fax, it just works. I appreciate the secure document storage and how easy it is to integrate into our existing workflows. They've maintained good service quality over time. No surprises, just reliable functionality.

Good secure fax

Used Documo for HIPAA compliant fax. Setup was quick. Sent faxes without issues. Pricing for annual plan was fair. Good service overall.

Fantastic Cloud Fax!

Documo's Cloud Fax is fantastic! I was using a different service before and this is so much better. The interface is super user-friendly and it's incredibly fast. I love how secure it feels for all my important documents. The team has been great too. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing a reliable fax solution!

Reliable service, minor app issue

I used Documo's Cloud Fax for my legal documents. The service itself is reliable and I appreciate the security features for sensitive information. I signed up for the 14-day free trial and then decided to continue with an annual plan because the pricing was better. Delivery of faxes was always prompt. My only small gripe is that the mobile app can sometimes be a little slow to load on my older phone, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, good value for money and it gets the job done.
